Northridge Macon | HOA in Macon, GA

Northridge Macon is a community of single family homes located in Northwest Macon-Bibb County in central Georgia. Most homes were originally built in the late 90's. Northridge is governed by a Home Owners Association (NRHA) and it's elected Board of Directors. All homes in the community are subject to the Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's) established by the NRHA. NRHA, Inc. is a non-profit company registered in the State of Georgia.

All changes to the exterior of homes, landscaping, and additions must be applied for and approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). See ACC Guidelines, Rules and Regulations under HOA Documents for more information.

Monthly HOA meetings are held at 6pm the second Monday of each month at the Clubhouse. All Northridge Residents are welcome to attend. Also, an annual meeting occurs in the Fall of each year on a date which is announced by mail to all residents.

Annual HOA dues for the Northridge Community are $420.00 (updated for 2023) and are payable by April 1st each year.
